70TH AVE KITCHEN REMODEL

The homeowner wanted a larger kitchen with 2 islands and an open floor plan. To accommodate an open floor plan we removed the living room and the dining room walls. The house had a sunken living room that was raised up to the same height as the existing kitchen, dinning room, and entry floor which gave us room to place two 6 foot islands next to each other. One island functioning as a table. All appliances were relocated to the back kitchen wall with custom knotty alder cabinets and quartz counters. To brighten up the new open floor plan can lights were added. The main floor of this home was gutted down to the studs, new subfloor, insulation, drywall, electrical, gas line's, pre-engineered hardwood floors, new millwork and doors, fireplace update.
