SW CROW WAY BASEMENT REMODEL

The homeowner wanted us to turn his basement into a space that guests could stay. He wanted a seperate entrance in addition to still being able to access it from his main floor. We converted an empty storage room off of the garage into a full bathroom, framed in the door creating a wall and relocated the door to so the bathroom access was now in the basement. Taking an unfinished storage area we made it into usable space by creating another room. Adding a dry bar with microwave and fridge at one end, and a desk and seating area at the other end. The main basement was split by adding a wall to create a bedroom with separate living room space. In order to create a separate entrance. The exterior foundation was cut, a doorway cut and framed into the exterior siding of the house, exterior stairs and path poured and new exterior door and lock added.
